We advise a number of the world's largest gaming
leisure companies on their strategy for maximising
the opportunities for their businesses in the United
Kingdom, as well as the gaming and corporate implications
on potential joint ventures and acquisitions. We
were involved at the outset of the development of
online gambling, and have represented numerous clients
in obtaining betting permits in the UK and abroad
and online gambling licences in British offshore
jurisdictions including Alderney and the Isle of
Man, where we represented five of the six licence
holders.
We were closely involved in the development of Automated
Roulette and instrumental in obtaining the Gaming
Board's approval of this new concept.
We represent a number of UK casino operators, in
every aspect of their business, and over many years.
The following
are examples of our work that are within public
knowledge. We do not otherwise disclose the name
of any of our clients, for reasons of confidentiality: |
