| We advise online gambling operators on all aspects of their business | ||
| From cross-border jurisdictional issues to applying for licences in jurisdictions such as the UK, Alderney and the Isle of Man, we have the experience, contacts and industry knowledge to provide the advice you need. Following the start of the consultation period by the DCMS on the regulatory future of remote gambling in the UK, existing and start-up operators will be considering applying for a UK licence. With extensive experience of making UK licence applications for land based and online operators and a thorough understanding of the process and requirements, we are well placed to advise and assist those affected by the new proposals. We support clients throughout the process of obtaining a licence, preparing the application, advising on business plan requirements, assisting with the development of socially responsible policies and liaising with the regulator to ensure a swift and smooth application process. Since attending the first major online gambling law conference in the mid 1990s, we have been closely involved in the development of the law and regulation in respected jurisdictions and we have advised governments in major European jurisdictions on the introduction and regulation of online gambling. We also provide a range of commercial services for the online gambling industry, including software agreements, e-commerce contracts, as well as specialist online terms and conditions and privacy policies. |
